1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. This Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies (collectively "cookies") used by https://weco.nexaxt.com and its subdomains, owned by NEXA IKS TI LLP (BIN 230940021527).
1.2. The Policy is built on: (a) RK Law No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection"; (b) RK Law No. 567-II of 5 July 2004 "On Communications"; (c) the EU ePrivacy Directive (for EU/EEA visitors) and UK PECR.
2. WHAT COOKIES ARE
2.1. Cookie — a small text file the website stores in the visitor's browser to recognize them on return, remember preferences, or collect analytics.
2.2. Similar technologies: localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, web beacons, pixel tags. Collectively "cookies" in this Policy.

3.4. Marketing cookies — for targeted advertising. Consent required.
As of v1.0 the Licensor does NOT use third-party marketing cookies. Should they be added, this Policy and the banner will be updated.
4. CONSENT BANNER
4.1. On first visit a "cookie banner" appears with:
(a) "Accept all" — consent to all non-essential categories; (b) "Only necessary" — consent to essential only; (c) "Customize" — per-category choice; (d) Link to the full Policy.
4.2. The choice is stored in cookie_consent for 12 months.
4.3. After 12 months, the banner reappears for re-consent.
5. WITHDRAWING CONSENT
5.1. Via Site cookie settings — click "Cookie settings" in the Site footer.
5.2. Via browser settings — all major browsers allow cookie management: (a) Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies; (b) Firefox: about:preferences#privacy; (c) Safari: Preferences → Privacy; (d) Edge: edge://settings/content/cookies.
5.3. Existing cookies can be deleted via browser settings.
5.4. Effect. Withdrawing consent for preference / analytics cookies may degrade some Site functions (language not remembered, analytics off). Essential cookies remain — without them the Site does not function.
6. SUB-PROCESSOR COOKIES
6.1. If the Site embeds resources (scripts, fonts, video) from sub-processors (Cloudflare, GitHub, etc.), they may set their own cookies.
6.2. Their privacy policy applies to such cookies.
6.3. As of v1.0 the Site aims to self-host all resources (self-hosted fonts, no third-party scripts) to minimize external cookies.
7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Some cookies may contain personal data (e.g., session ID).
7.2. Such data is governed by the Privacy Policy (https://weco.nexaxt.com/pages/privacy-policy-en.html).
8. CHANGES
